  • WILLIAM A. WARMINGTON, SR. VP & GM RETIRES

    “Mr. Bill”, a founding officer of Edaptive Systems, retired on March 21, his 75th birthday. He was a key contributor to our Company’s rapid growth and a good friend and advisor. His retirement caps a 52-year executive career that includes Bell Telephone Laboratories, Xerox Corporation, Data Terminal Systems, and General Instrument Corporation. Bill and his wife Nancy have three grown children, five grandchildren.
